If you are without service, please turn off your router for 5 minutes before powering back on.

One NZ have performed a workaround to restore service, and we are seeing progressive connectivity restoration for FWA & RBI customers.
If you are without connectivity, please turn off your router for 5-10 minutes before powering back on and waiting ~5 minutes.
We will continue to leave this incident in a monitoring state, likely overnight, until full normal operation has been confirmed by One NZ.

Problema identificado

Our monitoring has detected instability across all Fixed Wireless and RBI customers, which has now been confirmed by One NZ as a P1 incident under investigation by their core network team.
Fixed Wireless and RBI customers may be experiencing poor connectivity, or a full loss of connectivity.
We will continue to update this incident with updates received.
