During this maintenance window, our team will be proactively replacing a TOR switch reporting reduced health at our akl1 PoP.
This will impact:

• Colocation customers located at akl1 Rack 11 with 1G RJ45 ports;
• Voice customers singlehomed to our voice1-akl1 voice node; and
• Customers with out-of-band links provided at akl1/DC220.

We expect the replacement of the switch to take no longer than 10~15 minutes during the defined window.
